About Me
I’m Stephanie Janvier, an attorney, professional development strategist, and certified coach. I hold a Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a professional coaching certification. After earning my J.D. from UIC School of Law and practicing for eight years across private firms and the public interest sector, I experienced this gap firsthand as a mid-level professional. My practice is built on that intersection of adult learning theory, organizational development, and evidence-based coaching methodology. I work with individuals and organizations in high-stakes professional environments where the cost of stagnation is high.
